As agreed at the most recent Annual Meeting of the Club, the amendment to the bylaws proposed by the outgoing Board would be considered at a Special Meeting later in the year.
Therefore, the Board has called a Special Meeting to be held on December 20, 2018 at 5pm at the Hilton Slussen, in advance of our Christmas 3T.
In addition to the already proposed change, the Board has taken this opportunity to do a thorough review of our Bylaws, and is proposing additional amendments.
