Intercultural Forum: Police Forces, April 22nd

Written by

The police forces in Sweden and the United States are a part of the legal institutional frameworks which are thought to protect society and to underpin the overall trend of decreased violence in our modern democracies over time. The ability of the forces to contribute to this continued trend depends on their quality, competence and values, and, many would argue, on our continued possibility to scrutinize them at the same time as appreciating the extremely difficult job they do every day.
